All Outback Gear is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our on-site team. As an adventure gear company with a passion for the great outdoors, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products that are both durable and reliable. Our mission is to equip explorers and adventurers with the gear they need to conquer their next challenge, be it a mountainous trek or a weekend camping trip.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation Plan Management: Must be able to oversee and coordinate a comprehensive content creation plan, leveraging the skills of professional photographers and videographers. This involves curating a consistent and visually appealing narrative that showcases our products in action, highlighting their features and benefits in diverse outdoor settings. The role requires a keen eye for captivating imagery and dynamic storytelling to ensure all content is aligned with our brand's message and appeals directly to our adventurous audience.
Google Ad Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage campaigns that effectively target our primary demographic, ensuring a healthy ROI and increased brand visibility.
Social Media Marketing: Craft engaging content and strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to grow our online community and engage with our audience meaningfully.
Website Content Management: Oversee the maintenance of our website's content, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines.
Social Media Ad Campaigns: Plan and execute ad campaigns on social media platforms, tailor-made to our brand identity and the interests of our target audience.
Content Marketing: Produce high-quality, informative content that reflects our brand values and promotes our products, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Influencer Marketing Engagement: Must be capable of identifying, reaching out to, and collaborating with influential marketers and personalities within the outdoor and adventure sectors. This includes negotiating partnerships that align with our brand's ethos and leveraging these relationships to extend our reach and impact within our target market.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in e-commerce or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Google AdWords, SEO principles, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
- The ability to analyse data and metrics to inform strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A passion for adventure and the outdoors, aligning with our brand ethos and product range.
