Someone who knows a bit about online marketing, including PPC and SEO, and is ready to learn more. This job is perfect for someone aiming for a career in online marketing. What you'll do:
- Every day, you'll know exactly what needs to be done. You’ll often talk to our head of marketing to get your tasks and advice.
- Your job will be varied - one day you might be updating our website to ensure it shows up well in search engines, another day you might be looking into what our competitors are doing and reporting back, or you could be coming up with new ad ideas.
- The key to doing well is being ready to tackle different tasks, keep learning, and not be afraid to try new things. We’re looking for someone who can follow instructions but also think of ways to do things better.
Desirable Skills:
- SEO: Proficiency in keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, understanding search engine algorithms, and using SEO tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs.
- Google Ads: Experience in campaign setup and management.
- Website Development: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, familiarity with WordPress, and understanding of web design principles.
- Data Analysis: Skills in Excel for data analysis and visualization.
- Research: Competency in using tools like Google Trends, BuzzSumo for market and competitor analysis.
- Social Media Marketing: Ability to create engaging content.
- Project Management: Experience with Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
- Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- A/B Testing: Skills in conversion rate optimization and conducting A/B tests.
- Content Writing: Strong writing/editing abilities and crafting SEO-friendly content.
