We are seeking an Assistant Advisor, Communications, Social Media/Digital to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping public perception, crafting compelling narratives, and driving engagement across our social and digital channels. Your creativity and strategic insight will help us inform, inspire, and mobilise our community to action.

We are looking for a digitally savvy professional with experience in social media management, content creation and digital strategy. We need candidates who are collaborative team players who can hone creative sparks with a knack for storytelling, paired with strong writing and editing skills. Candidates who are:

• Social Media Mavens: Take the reins of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), creating buzzworthy content, sparking meaningful conversations, and fostering a sense of community.
• Content Connoisseurs: From ideation to execution, you will be instrumental in crafting captivating content that resonates with our audience.
• Digital Dynamos: Maintain and optimise our digital content to ensure it is always fresh, relevant, and impactful.
• Community Connectors: Engage with our audience, listening to their needs, answering their questions, and championing their voices.
• Analytics Aficionados: Dive deep into the data to uncover insights, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6. Package includes base salary ($93,295 - $102,941) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
