THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, this is a diverse role, offering variety in scope, with a dynamic activity plan centred around digital optimisation and content delivery. Whilst digitally focussed, this role will support the marketing function across the Wingate group, including brand management, creative design and execution, events, sponsorships, and other marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Supporting the group-wide Wingate marketing function
- Reviewing and creating content for key internal business partners, including investment and origination teams
- Owning the Wingate Digital assets, namely the website and social media channels, providing investor driven content and updates
- Providing strategic input and oversight of Google Analytics, Search Engine Marketing/Optimisation, Social Media Advertising, Marketing Automation, CRM User Segmentation and personalisation, Website CMS, and other systems, including tracking, analysing, and reporting on relative performance
- Leading website content and UX optimisation, including SEO and integration with marketing campaigns.
- Proactively using CRM and email delivery systems, assisting with mailouts, distributions and mailing list updates and reporting on effectiveness
The ideal person for this role is creative, strategic, passionate and proficient in the area of Digital Marketing.
In addition, you will be able to easily demonstrate:
- Relevant experience working in a professional environment, with financial services, professional services, or management services experience desirable.
- Experience in writing, editing, and uploading high-quality content to websites and/or maintaining corporate websites with a basic working knowledge of content management systems.
- Experience in Salesforce and Pardot (or similar)
- Experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (or similar)
- Experience working in a technical and professional environment providing writing, editing, and visual design/brand advice with high attention to detail, level of organisation, and precision of delivery.
