Job DescriptionThe Marketing Associate – Digital Media role is a dynamic role that supports the delivery of the SEEK Group’s sell-side media (Video, Display, Native and Social) media strategies.
The role is responsible for implementation and management of programmatic & media campaigns for SEEK clients. Working closely with the Sales team, the core focus of the role is delivering innovative campaign solutions to drive outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Media Buying & Ad Operations
- Implement and optimise programmatic media campaigns for SEEK clients, overseeing any tagging or media performance tracking for relevant platforms including GAM360/DV360/DCM/Taboola/Meta
Strategy & Management
- Develop, execute and optimise programmatic display, video, native and social media strategies to deliver campaign KPIs
- Support Sales teams with planning and executing integrated display, video and social campaigns for SEEK clients
- Working with the Marketing Manager – Programmatic Media Sell-Side and a cross-functional team, help to develop an approach to growing and improving our media solutions offering
Analytics & Insights
- Manage the day-to-day monitoring, reporting and communication of campaign insights and performance to provide learnings and future recommendations
- Build and leverage audiences across CDP platform and ad serving platforms, including finding innovative ways to get the most out of our data
- Analyse and report on all activity with insight lead recommendations for improvement and optimisations, including building dashboards with Google Looker Studio/Supermetrics
- 2-4 years programmatic media buying / digital marketing experience
- Proficient in ad serving & digital delivery platforms like GAM360, DV360, DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), Meta, Taboola
- Experience creating, managing & optimising Digital Media campaigns for large brands with sizeable budgets - agency-side a bonus
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to organise, prioritise requests efficiently
- Experience with CDP platforms like Segment or similar
- Experience with DataStudio
- Experience with Supermetrics
