The Role

Straumann Group is actively seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to contribute to our Clear Aligner Business. In this pivotal role, you will not only steer our digital presence and enhance brand engagement but also lead the charge from market testing to the launch communication and expansion of our portfolio. We are in search of an energetic individual with a deep passion for Digital Marketing, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in both B2B and B2C marketing activities, particularly in social media and communications. Reporting to the Head of Ortho Business Unit your key responsibilities will be:

• Craft and execute compelling social media strategies to captivate and engage our diverse audience.
• Localize global marketing content for an authentic connection with our Australian and New Zealand market.
• Curate content that sparks interest across various platforms, showcasing the transformative power of our products.
• Develop and manage digital communication channels, ensuring a seamless brand narrative.
• Design and execute targeted email campaigns, captivating dental professionals with our innovations.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize email marketing strategies for maximum impact.
• Identify and foster partnerships with influencers, amplifying our brand among the right demographics.
• Manage the launches of product features and updates.
• Design and source point-of-sale materials to showcase our products in dental practices.
• Manage the ClearCorrect website content, ensuring an engaging online experience for our audience.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years in a Digital Marketing/communication role, demonstrating success in brand building.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, including Facebook and Instagram, with proven results.
• Experience in cultivating and managing relationships with influencers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to thrive independently, executing projects from ideation to completion.

Critical to the success of this role is also being a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and having excellent communication and presentation skills.
