The Marketing and Digital Partner will be responsible for overseeing a small team, developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance our digital footprint and grow new audiences. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and awareness of market trends to drive innovation and best practice.
This role is new and will oversee the planning and implementation of all digital content, social media and email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, education and sentiment.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive and implement new approaches to advance Yarra’s reputation and ability for Yarra’s diverse community to connect with programs and activities, through cross-platform Marketing and communications campaigns and content.
This role will appeal to a leader who wants to work in a government setting overseeing the development, execution and optimisation of organisation wide social media, content Marketing and campaign strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implement dynamic, creative and innovative cross-platform communications and marketing content solutions and campaigns that are engaging and best practice
- Be accountable for all content marketing initiatives (including video, animation, email, written) to drive awareness, traffic, engagement, education and sentiment
- Foster compelling storytelling to create dynamic, engaging, accessible and authentic content across different channels including but not limited to social media, email, website and print, as well as brand and audience aligned advertising content
- Drive all social media channels, and have oversight of the day to day management of key accounts, including providing support and leadership to content contributors
