Due to significant growth, they are on the hunt for their next Digital Marketing Coordinatorto join their growing team based in Helensvale, QLD. This position will be perfect for a digital marketer with 2-3 years’ experience looking to further develop their skills.

The Role
There is a lot of variety in this role and each day will be different. Responsibilities include Social Media Management, Article and Newsletter Creation, and Operating Digital Marketing Software Tools to support the Managing Director in delivering client Marketing Strategies.
Responsibilities
- Project, manage, and coordinate ongoing and ad-hoc marketing campaigns
- Respond to new client requests and schedule tasks for the wider team to deliver
- Plan and schedule all social media activity (organic and paid) across our brand pages as well as execute campaigns and promotional activity across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, & LinkedIn)
- Develop innovative media and digital strategy in line with marketing, content and product release calendar, noting competitor activities and audiences across each channel
- Engage and moderate social media communities in conjunction with our sales team
- Monitor and report on social data/metrics, insights and best practices to continually improve brand awareness and page growth
- Copywriting for social channels
- Content writing for printed collateral
- Website page copywriting
- Assist with creative briefs for digital content, print design and other creative
- Support with general marketing administration – help develop and deliver events and exhibitions, create design briefs, arrange for promotional print & merchandise materials
- Build email marketing campaigns on platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot and ActiveCampaign
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
- Social media marketing experience
- Familiarity running paid social activity (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram)
- Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics is advantageous
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload to hit deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality creative outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills

- Disciplined in undertaking self-checks on your work for Quality Assurance (e.g. proofreading your own work, developing methods to check/test work you have prepared, is a perfect final product for the customer)

- Strong writing skills and ability to write in a variety of styles to match different client’s tone of voice
