The opportunity
Your role as the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to improve acquisition of customers via SEM, increase organic traffic through SEO initiatives and drive engagement with existing customers by deploying CRM campaigns. You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and work closely with the CRM, Social and brand teams.
Some of the things you will be involved in:
SEM
Management of and optimisation of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
Keyword research and identification of emerging keyword trends
Provide reporting on campaign performance and recommendations
SEO
Contribute to content creation across digital channels to support the SEO plan and assist with other SEO initiatives (Back link strategy, blog optimisation)
Ad-hoc reporting on organic traffic and other measures of success for SEO
CRM
Create and deploy EDMs using the Braze platform
Assist with customer data quality and data enrichment initiatives
Testing across the customer lifecycle (campaign and design)
Data analysis and reporting
We are looking for you to bring:
Essential Experience
Braze or a comparable MarTech system
Segmentation and audience-led marketing
Marketing automations
Analytics platforms (GA4) and business intelligence tools
HTML & CSS
A/B Testing
Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Digital copywriting (various channels)
Essential Skills
High attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated
Effective communicator
Awareness of best practices across the digital landscape
Additional skills and experience (highly regarded)
Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
Ability to develop ad creative in Canva
SQL experience desirable though not mandatory
