About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive looking to grow their career in the B2B space.
This role is critical to growth, and is a true ‘top of the funnel’ role. You will not only be developing and implementing targeted digital performance-driven marketing strategies, you will also be passionate about optimising campaign performance, driving lead acquisition and maximising return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance Digital Marketing strategies
- Optimize and report on marketing campaigns
- Utilise analytics, tools and platforms to gather insight and conduct data analysis to enable informed decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to glean insight, develop business and customer understanding, and build alignment to the plan.
- Management and co-ordination of resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in Digital Marketing
- Digital Marketing Budget management
- A/B testing and experimentation
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Project Management for both digital and more general marketing projects
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, and similar platforms, to gather and analyse marketing data.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data to drive campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with Monday.com or similar is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A resourceful and proactive mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, and making things happen.
- Experience with budget management and ROI analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM/Account Engage is advantageous.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Certifications in Google Ads, or other relevant Digital Marketing platforms are advantageous.
