Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in developing and executing Digital Marketing strategies to promote our innovative medical devices. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance our online presence, engage with healthcare professionals, and drive brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management
Functionality
– Sales Team support and be responsible for the coordination and continuing implementation and development of the CRM system (MS Dynamics 365) including ongoing training and support of the sales team, reporting and analytics
- Reporting requirements as determined by Commercial Director
- CRM maintenance & management support
- Liaison with Global CRM team
Digital Strategy Support
- Website (local) project management
- Social Media (local) project management
- LR Engage E-Learning platform management
- Exceptional project management skills
- High level Microsoft Excel proficiency, database management and analytical skills
- Adobe / Illustrator desktop publishing experience
- Experience in developing and implementing Digital Marketing solutions, including:
- Experience in CRM systems, customer analysis and report generation
- Pricing management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers and other stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
- A commercially driven focus with a proven ability to take accountability driving quality and timeliness of work outputs
- High level proactive problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain documentation to a high standard
