A well known brand that is known for empowering women. They have a global presence within ANZ and the US. Their head office is based in Alexandria working 2 days from home. 

Your new role 

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will lead the way in analysing, reviewing, recommending and building strategic and tactical changes to our global suite of websites that drive business profitability by increasing visitors, increasing loyalty, improving conversion rates and optimising the online customer experience. 

• End to end execution of multi-channel paid digital campaigns to drive traffic, optimise conversion and achieve financial and customer targets. 
• Creating and owning the Digital user experience strategy including analysing and suggesting improvements for the overall UX of the websites, analysing customer behaviour on current platforms and monitoring customer interactions for insights 
• Use analytics tools to map the customer journey, identify pain points & trends and find new customer data insights to drive business growth
• Identify and develop customer facing digital strategy and innovation and serve as the internal Digital marketing lead, drawing upon latest Digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities designed to drive the growth of the global businesses 
• Work with our third-party agencies to continuously test and improve campaign creative, copy, and audience targeting to ensure PPC/Display/Social and affiliate campaigns are optimised and evolved to deliver the best results 
• Provide data led insight to inform the direction of future campaign initiatives across the CCX brands
• Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting

What you'll need to succeed 

There is scope to hire both an executive and a manager for this team, so please apply if you are interested in either. The skills you will need include:

• Previous experience with Magento (non-negotiable)
• SEO knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous commercial experience, in retail or fashion would be highly regarded
