No matter your age or stage, our inclusive culture has created a place where everyone can thrive.About the opportunity | Te whai waahiThis is a fantastic opportunity to champion the development and best in class implementation of Farm Source's digital Campaign Engagement strategy and drive engagement and conversions through personalised farmer experiences for marketing initiatives across multiple channels including Web and eDM. A key support for the Digital Marketing Manager.This role is focused on campaign delivery engagement and how UX can improve the experience. You will develop digital Campaign Engagement strategies to drive engagement and conversions for marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with marketing, design, development, and analytics teams.Key responsibilities include:

• Develop web and email campaign strategies and plans: specific tactics for each channel i.e. A/B testing or personalizing content.
• Optimise website experience for conversions: using data and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
• CMS Campaign page creation and management
• Campaign eDM creation and execution
• Manage and deliver retail monthly roll-over promotional assets (megamenus, tiles, carousels) and supporting promo/Campaign pages.
• Campaign personalisation and experience management
• Campaign reporting to show performance against KPI's and optimization opportunities to improve experience to drive conversions.

About you | Moe koeYou must be highly organised, proactive, bring second-to-none communication skills and an ability to effectively engage with people from all parts of the industry. You will need to be resilient, able to negotiate tricky situations and stakeholders, and have excellent attention to detail. Naturally curious and passionate, your customer focused approach will drive improvements in Campaign Engagement and help you succeed in this rewarding role.Other key requirements include:

• Strong experience engaging with external and internal customers.
• Proven Digital Campaign strategy, planning and delivery experience with a focus on email campaigns and landing pages
• Effective communication at all levels within the organisations in written and verbal form and demonstrated ability to collaborate cross team.
