They now have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their innovative team, be part of a creative Marketing team that not only focuses on customers’ needs and success but also the environment. They are looking for someone who can help them grow and reach incredible stages of continued success.
Your will be play a pivotal role in driving the marketing plans, deliver and execute varying campaign activities included Marketing & Sales strategy across varying business brands, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, customer experience, product, and sales teams to plan and execute all marketing activities to generate leads, drive sales and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Digital Marketing campaigns that deliver lead gen and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns by developing content, including ads, videos and articles across various platforms, including social media, search, email, websites and more.
- EDM management: manage flows and automation campaigns, finding innovative ways to engage and grow our customer base.
- Website and social media management.
- Analyse and interpret data to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Digital Marketing, and experiment with new channels and campaign types to broaden content and paid-for campaign approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall company brand goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports, inclusive of next-stage recommendations.
To be successful:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Exceptionally understanding and usage of Digital Marketing tools such as Google Ads, Tag Manager Search Console, Meta Business Manager, social media software and marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Exposure and understanding across other marketing disciplines that form the overall marketing campaign proposition.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that appeal to varying audiences (B2C and B2B).
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Communications (or similar).
