Your new role
Join our highly skilled team and take charge of a dynamic role as our next Digital Marketing Manager. Working closely with the Deputy Director, you will lead and manage a team of expert Digital Marketing specialists to optimise brand, acquisition and engagement activities for the University. This includes overseeing the development and maintenance of our future student websites, ensuring they are user friendly, functional, and engaging to our diverse audiences. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Professional seeking to broaden their skillset within a highly reputable, global organisation.
Your mission? To lead digital endeavours that deeply connect with our audience and drive us confidently towards our objectives. Here's how you'll make it happen:
- Elevate Future Student Websites: Take the reins in enhancing Curtin’s future student website portfolio, exceeding key performance indicators by implementing cutting-edge digital strategies and bespoke content tailored to our audience’s needs.
- Collaborative Campaign Excellence: Forge strong partnerships with University Marketing teams, stakeholders, and external agencies to meticulously plan and execute digital projects, marketing campaigns, and events. Together, we'll ensure seamless user journeys that amplify student recruitment efforts and advance our brand's strategic vision.
- Digital Optimisation: Lead efforts to optimise our digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless user experiences and maximising visibility across search engines (including technical SEO). Your focus on enhancing internal and external search performance, along with website production will further drive engagement, lead generation, and data capture.
- Data-Driven Insights: Drive the development and implementation of robust marketing data strategies, fostering data governance and integrity. By effectively measuring marketing performance for ROI analysis, we'll glean invaluable insights to steer our future endeavours.
- Inspiring Team Leadership: Lead a team of Digital Marketing professionals with skill and vision. Through effective workload prioritisation and supportive coaching, you'll empower team members to excel in their roles and foster their professional growth.
- Completed relevant qualifications, alongside extensive work experience in the Digital Marketing field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading and managing a team within the marketing industry with a focus on digital strategies and channels.
- Demonstrated planning and management skills and a record of successfully delivering business outcomes for an organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across an organisation and develop strong relationships and networks.
- Demonstrated experience in a range of Digital Marketing technologies, specifically content management systems and analytics tools – including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.
