Social Media Manager

Since its inception in 2000 Daisy Digital has been a highly successful Digital Marketing Agency, focusing predominantly on Search Engine placement through Google Ads and Search Engine Optimisation. In recent years our Social Media Department has bloomed into a team of multi-skilled specialists, servicing a multitude of clients across various industries. 

We are now seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our Social Media department and join our ever-growing team in our Leederville office. 

The Role

Main responsibilities include:

• Account management of a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries
• Leading and managing Social Media department team members
• Project management of client campaigns 
• Creation, curation and scheduling of engaging content across multiple platforms
• Regular analysis and reporting on Social Media performance to clients
• Conducting Social Media audits across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin
• Development and implementation of comprehensive Social Media strategies
• On-site client meetings and content shoots
• Management of paid Social Media campaigns across multiple Social Media platforms

What we are looking for:

• 1-year minimum experience in a similar role involving paid Social Media management
• Experience in an agency environment, highly regarded
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Facebook Business Portfolio, Facebook Ads Manager & Scheduling Platforms (i.e. Sprout Social), highly regarded
• You are an analytical thinker, logic-driven, and able to solve problems
• Experience in capturing content including photos and videos (e.g. reels), highly regarded
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once and adequately work under pressure
• Ability to manage a team
