SalaryVentia are seeking an Admin Assistant to join their Defence Base Services contract as part of the National Training team. We are looking for an all-rounder admin coordinator ideally with a training background to join our team based at Victoria Barracks, Melbourne.We are offering:

- Manage training within the Learning Management System.
- Audit and monitor data integrity within LMS.
- Inbox management
- Work with Managers and their staff to collate records of training, competency and qualifications and populate the Qualifications Matrix
- General admin tasks including data entry
- Possess a customer centric approach to stakeholder management
- Efficient with MS Office, particularly Powerpoint and Excel
- Previous experience with an LMS system & Rise 360 is desirable but not required
- Experience working on multiple projects with different priority level
- A teachable outlook to learn and adapt as required.
