Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be hands-on in shaping and executing their Digital Marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for optimising their marketing budget, and growing their online presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies, considering customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalised messaging.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Effectively manage and allocate the Digital Marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and report on-budget performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with Digital Marketing vendors and platforms.
• Oversee and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management, to optimise paid search results and increase conversion rates..
• Generate detailed reports, providing insights and recommendations for future optimisations.
• Use analytics tools to track customer behavior, identify trends, and inform marketing strategies.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager is essential
• Good stakeholder management skills to be able to be influential in marketing activities.
• Proficient knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and best practices.
• Demonstrated success in managing marketing budgets and achieving measurable results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• A proactive and delivery focused mindset to support a growing business.
