About the role...The Digital Marketing Manager is a key strategist responsible for developing and executing innovative Digital Marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase sales across the Rip Curl group. They will lead the development of comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies, manage content creation and distribution across various platforms, and oversee paid advertising efforts to maximize ROI. Day to day activities include; - Develop a comprehensive omni channel Digital Marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, along with collaborating with the Data & Insights team to identify opportunities and threats
- Target audience segments and tailor Digital Marketing tactics accordingly, leaning on our existing identified consumer segments.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly Digital Marketing plans with clear KPIs and milestones
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment to business objectives
- Produce a roll out document for every campaign and key activations
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust tactics to maximize ROI
- Complete ownership of our paid media spend, ensuring a strong ROI
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing in line with budgets
- Support on creating compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience including Product Titles, Blogs and on site copy
- Manage content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality digital content
- Manage all communications and content delivery to Partners (ie WSL) & Agencies (Pattern, REQ) for all major campaigns and activations to ensure a strong ROI.
What we are searching for...Our ideal Digital Marketing Manager will have demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing strategy along with experience in SEO and Organic optimization strategies. You will be proactive, consumer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires strong experience in Paid media management and for you to have deep understanding of experience trends across business, industry, markets and competitors.
