100% Australian owned and operated, with offices and warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland.
This newly created role reports into the Chief Executive Officer and will provide strategic advice to the Executive team. The Digital Marketing Manager is standalone role that will be instrumental in shaping the organisations marketing landscape. The role will focus on product and brand management and development, and will eventually encompass ecommerce functionality. The role requires a deep understanding of social media, email marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics, as well as the ability to advise the Board on marketing and digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Strategic Advice: Provide expert advice to the Board on the development and implementation of marketing strategies and digital platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Lead initiatives in Social Media (SM), Email Direct Marketing (EDM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Google Analytics to increase online presence and customer engagement.
- Future eCommerce: Prepare the strategy and groundwork for incorporating eCommerce functionalities into the business.
- Market Research: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market and consumer trends to ensure the business remains competitive.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate marketing strategies and performance metrics to stakeholders
This role will work closely with all teams across the business to evaluate marketing requirements and needs. You will provide solid guidance through your findings to enable the business to make strategic decisions on everything marketing!
Knowledge and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar strategic role.
- Proven experience of working on-site within the manufacturing, industrial, or construction sector essential.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, Google Analytics, SM, and EDMs essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions independently.
