We are a well-established digital marketing company established for 20 years with an interesting diverse set of clients from travel, the arts, retail, e-commerce and corporate.
We're seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our agency's daily operations and ensure our business is running efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This role will work closely with our clients and team members to help plan and manage workflows and projects to achieve our business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
WHAT'S THE ROLE -
Some of the responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to define strategies and goals.
- Oversee and manage all agency operations, specifically client services, and project management.
- Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring project timelines, budget, and quality of deliverables.
- Conduct regular assessments of operations and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and KPIs.
- Assist in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn.
- Optimise campaigns based on performance data and A/B testing results.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties to execute ecommerce website projects.
- Track and report on campaign performance, analysing data and providing insights to clients.
WHO ARE YOU -
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency (preferred)
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing complex projects and multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative digital marketing strategies
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Managed web re-development projects (highly desired)
- Worked with Shopify/Woocommerce/Magento (highly desired)
