Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing superstar to join our sales and marketing team at our Yatala office. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our social media and digital identity, while working closely with our corporate marketing team in driving engagement, expanding our customer base and helping to take our brand to new heights.

As this is a newly created role within our dealer business, it represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing specialist to work closely with our Sales and Marketing Manager, to drive Solahart Gold Coast and Brisbane South East’s growing social pages, and drive all Digital Marketing channels to expand brand recognition and help grow our revenue.

We offer a full complement of Solar Power and Renewable energy products for home and business owners, with a view to convert these into the new Smart Home Revolution. • Developing and implementing digital content strategies to be used across all marketing channels to maximise brand awareness (email, social media, website, paid ads, etc.)
• Analyse user behaviour and capture performance insights, and recommend enhancements to the customer journey, and create a compelling value proposition.
• Maintain the business websites to maximise performance and ensure they are highly optimised to ensure excellent search results.
• Monitor and report on all Digital Marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Develop SEO-friendly copy for all content, to be approved by the Solahart Corporate managers, and the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Creating and sourcing original content tailored to our audience segments, with a strong emphasis on short form video to drive authenticity and cultivate a highly responsive social media community across each segments of the business (Solar Hot Water, Solar PV, Energy Storage, Smart Systems, HEMS)

• A degree or relevant qualifications in a related field (Marketing, design, Communications or similar)
• Hands on experience in a similar role, creating and designing content, working with Google Analytics, Social Media Campaigns, Web Development, EDM Campaigns.
• Familiarity with the workings of ecommerce and marketing platforms such as WordPress, Meta and Google.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• A highly creative aptitude, with the ability to develop fresh content ideas tailored to multiple social media platforms, personas and audience segments.
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to develop and source original content across a variety of platforms.
• The ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness and a creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment, with strong analytical skills to measure the success of the Digital Marketing efforts.
