We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our Digital Marketing campaigns across all of our businesses and digital channels.
About us
Your Mates Brewing Co. was built on a foundation of the things the founders enjoy most: drinking good beer with good mates and having a good bloody time. Your Mates Brewing has blown up like an over-shaken tinny in the last decade, going from humble backyard beginnings to being one of the most loved and popular breweries in Australia, finishing top 5 in the GABS Hottest 100 for the past 5 years. We are launching a new product this year, our ‘Your Mates Lager’, and are now looking for the right digitally savvy mate to connect this brand to more mates across Queensland.
Your Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy - Refine and roll out a Digital Marketing strategy to distribute organic and paid content that serves our brand plan as well as each businesses KPI’s.
- Project Management - Leading all digital campaigns and working cohesively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Digital Brand Awareness - Execute, and manage all Digital Marketing campaigns for Your Mates Brewing Co, including email marketing, and social media, SEO and SEM to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Communications - Adopt and maintain our content and communications calendar to deliver targeted content and messaging across all social channels
- Content - Adopt, oversee and continually develop our content pillars to ensure our brand messaging and engagement levels are on point.
- Analytics - Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing to optimize user experience and our ROI.
- Ecommerce - Oversee and manage our website and ecommerce performance to hit department targets as well as managing end-to-end customer experience through all digital customer touch points
- Partnerships: Adopt and work with our influencer and brand partnerships
About you
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated Digital Marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital Marketing Specialists will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as events and brewing teams), and customers to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Must have qualifications and skills
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge and experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly experience at utilising Meta Business Suite
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data with the ability to produce and analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends including Google analytics, Social media analytics etc.
- Solid experience with Shopify and Klayvio
- Experience managing a digital campaign budget.

- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
