- Unique opportunity to utilise your Digital Marketing expertise, whilst elevating the impact and awareness of Westpac Group's family of philanthropic foundations
- 12 month contract opportunity working part time- 3 days per week
- Open to candidates based within Sydney or Melbourne locations- flexible attendance in either Melbourne or Sydney office required (1-2 days)
- Support the end to end delivery of marketing and communications awareness and acquisition campaigns across internal and external audiences
- Lead the development and execution of a refreshed social media strategy across all Foundations including management of paid campaigns, organic activity, account monitoring and reporting
- Review and uplift email communications activities across each Foundation to improve personalisation and automation using Adobe Marketing Cloud and Marketo
- Support the ongoing maintenance of the Foundations various websites using the Adobe suite
- Create compelling visual and written content and lead liaison with relevant third party suppliers to execute
- Work closely with central Marketing, Corporate Communications, Media, HR (People Proposition and Culture Champions) to elevate internal awareness, pride and engagement in relation to Foundations' activities and programs
- Support Foundations MarComms team as directed to ensure delivery of all BAU marcomms activity necessary to support the core deliverables and commitments of all five Foundations

- 5+ years experience working in a Digital Marketing role in a large and complex organisation.
- Degree in marketing, media or communications.
- Proven success implementing digital media strategies to achieve increased awareness and engagement.
- Highly developed written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Commercial and community acumen
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to prepare strong business cases advocating for change
- Experience working in both the corporate /government and community sector (desirable)
- Experience in change management, including theory of change (desirable)
- Experience with workplace giving and / or employee volunteering programs (desirable)
