Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, strategise, and implement Digital Marketing initiatives, with a focus on creative content, paid social media, and paid advertising. This involves overseeing the implementation, optimisation, and management of paid media campaigns across META, Google, and TikTok.
- Execute and refine email strategies to enhance engagement and foster growth.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance across paid media and email platforms, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continually enhance their marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create a unified digital strategy that aligns with overarching brand objectives.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in Digital Marketing, integrating innovative approaches to maintain their brands' competitiveness in their respective markets
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media, across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, Google, and TikTok.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully executing and optimising email marketing campaigns, with platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Capacity to efficiently manage and prioritise tasks across multiple brands.
- Keen attention to detail and a keen eye for high-quality marketing and aesthetic design
