What You'll Do:
- Dive deep into data to uncover insights and trends that will drive our digital strategy forward for our online advertising, SEM, SEO and website.
- Develop and execute innovative Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Optimise ads daily and undertake reporting to ensure conversions are maximised.
- Collaborate with a supportive business team to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Use your creative prowess to craft compelling content (ability to do own copywriting advantageous) and create/design ads for multiple channels that captivates our audience and drives engagement.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and technologies in the Digital Marketing landscape.
- Own our website and lead the website redevelopment project.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing multiple ad accounts on different channels, proven experience growing a brand’s online presence.
- Someone who lives and breathes all things Digital Marketing.
- A numbers whiz who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into analytics.
- A creative thinker who can turn ideas into captivating campaigns.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud, VWO, GA, Meta and/or Google certified (preferred).
- Broad interest in the arts, live music, AI and machine learning favourable.
- Must be able to work on some weekends (at concerts).
