We are an Australian-owned complementary medicines manufacturer. Currently, we are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our office team as a Administration/ Digital Marketing. We offer a stable position and a friendly, diverse work environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support.
- Facilitating sales and marketing activities including B2B sales, and managing relationships with clients.
- Maintaining company websites with updated information, and liaising with external providers to arrange regular social media marketing on Instagram and Facebook.
- General purchasing and procurement of supplies.
- General administration duties, including basic accounting.
To be eligible for this position, you require:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role. Digital marketing experience preferred.
- Skilled and experienced in the use of computer software including databases, and Office 365 applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Vietnamese written and verbal communication skills will be an advantage.
- Administrative skills.
- Self-motivation, attention to detail and a good ethical personality.
- Excellent time management skills.
