Digital Marketing & Web Specialist

Hyper Wellbeing is a family-owned and operated business, providing home-installed infrared saunas for a premium luxury experience. Based in the Gold Coast, we have over eight years of established experience in helping clients on a range of health journeys.

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to join our team and drive our Digital Marketing efforts with a keen focus on SEO.

The role in a nutshell:

As a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to our digital platforms. You will develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies, with a primary emphasis on SEO.

Daily duties will include but are not limited to:

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and implement competitive SEO strategies
• Build and manage backlinks to improve the website’s authority
• Optimize website content, ads, meta tags, headers, and URLs for search engines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly
• Develop and execute content strategies by creating engaging, high-quality, and SEO-optimized content for web pages and blogs
• Generate regular reports on SEO and SEM performance, highlighting key metrics, user behavior, traffic and trends
• Plan, execute and optimize high quality Google Ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic
• Execute ongoing enhancements to improve conversion rates and the overall customer experience, focusing on content and customer journey optimizations
• Add new pages, features and functionalities within WordPress
• Create and manage Meta ad campaigns including advanced targeting strategies, custom advertisements to different audiences, remarketing etc.

Our ideal candidate:

• Qualification in Marketing or relevant experience
• Proven experience in SEO/SEM and Meta advertising with a track record of improving search rankings and sales
• Experienced in using WordPress is a must
• Google Ads and SEO certification is a bonus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Great communication skills
• Passionate about wellness and eager to contribute to Hyper Wellbeing’s growth and success
