We are seeking a dynamic and passionate marketing superstar to take our brand to new heights. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital identity, driving engagement, and expanding our customer base. Reporting to our General Manager of Marketing, you will drive all Digital Marketing channels to maximise our brand awareness and help grow revenue.

Master Hire is a family-owned equipment hire company that has been operating for more than 33 years throughout South East QLD. We offer a wide range of products and services for hire such as generators, lighting towers, access equipment, portable toilets to both personal and commercial clients.
Key Duties of the role:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital strategies for all marketing channels to maximise brand awareness and grow revenue (email, social media, website, paid ads etc);
- Create and manage content across all internal and external marketing channels;
- Maintain website to maximise performance and ensure website is highly optimised to ensure excellent search results;
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure content is aligned to brand guidelines;
- Monitor and report on Digital Marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed;
- Analyze user behavior and recommend enhancements to enhance the customer journey;
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
About You:
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- A degree in marketing, business or related field;
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Web Development, EDM campaigns etc.
- Familiarity with ecommerce and marketing platforms such as WordPress, Meta, Google, WooCommerce, SEMrush or similar;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be details oriented;
- The ability to lead and supervise a team where required;
- The ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness;
- A creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends;
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, along with working in a team environment;
- Strong analytical skills to measure the success of Digital Marketing efforts;
- Experience in the equipment hire industry is desirable.
