Digital Media And Marketing Coordinator

Ikecho Australia is a leading Australian wholesale and online luxury jewellery brand , specialising in pearls and opals. We're looking for a content creator with graphic design and social media experience to join our team to coordinate our social media platforms and assist with our   e-commerce site and online marketing such as EDM's.

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who's eager to learn, innovate, and contribute to our social media strategies.

 Essential Criteria

• Have a passion for jewellery 
• Manage, create and schedule our content on all social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Create blogs, EDM's and any other online content that may be required.
• Plan, create and schedule engaging and visually stunning content including images, videos, graphics, copy, captions etc that showcases our product/brand
• Identify trends and find new and innovative strategies to organically engage audiences, encourage interaction, and generate sales.
• Actively engage with our community, monitor, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
• Ability to review social media data to enhance reach & engagement
• Ability to de-brief PA on social media plans weeks in advance
• Photography skills
• Familiarity with ecommerce management and digital marketing
• Maintain exceptional personal presentation, loyalty, reliability and honesty
• Computer literate (MS Software) and able to pick up in house software quickly and work autonomously without needing constant direction
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Minimum 2 years experience in social MEDIA AND graphic design
• Experience in jewellery industry preferred, but not essential

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Developing social media plan including creating and scheduling paid social media posts.
• Provide monthly social marketing reports and updates
• Assist with the creation of marketing EDM's and Admin duties
• Assisting PA with general adhoc admin
• Photography of jewellery for website and content
   

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in social media content creation, graphic design and e-commerce email marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software  (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Proven Shopify experience
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for good design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in photography and content creation
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with our brand.

Hours of Work

• At this stage we would estimate approximately 16.5 hours per week. 
• Days of work on site: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (10am-4pm -½ lunch). Remote work is not applicable.
