We offer premium continuing education courses, professional event management, venue hire, multimedia production, and dental imaging services. Our world-class training facilities and expert personnel have established us as a renowned quality educational provider in the dental profession.
The Role:
We're seeking an experienced and self-sufficient audio-visual technician to join our team as a Digital Production & AV Manager. This role is ideal for someone with broadcast experience and a passion for innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and operation of AV equipment for daily training courses
- Management of conventional and PTZ camera systems for clinical procedure demonstrations
- IT support for courses (PC & MAC)
- Maintenance and upkeep of AV equipment
- Live PTZ operation, vision switching, and audio management
- Multi-cam recording and editing
- Live streaming services setup and operation
- Video and audio editing in studio and field settings
- Lighting design and setup
- Operation of portable camera and DJI Ronin Gimbal rigs
- Archiving of raw and edited material
- Setup and operation of remote presenter kit
The Ideal Candidate:
- Innovative, motivated, and team-oriented problem solver
- Advanced skills in AV diagnosis, fault-finding, and repair
- Experience with robotic camera systems
- Proficient in PC and MAC environments, particularly in handling HDCP limitations
- Advanced knowledge of streaming services (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Android and iOS platforms
- Broadcasting experience (preferred)
Technical Expertise:
- AMX control systems operation
- AV distribution methodologies (HD-BaseT, NDI, SDI, HDMI)
- Blackmagic Designs product range
- Yamaha commercial audio products and DANTE routing
- Panasonic professional camera and vision switching equipment
- vMix broadcast software
- Familiarity with Online CDN systems, particularly AWS IVS
