The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a Digital Performance Lead to join our DX Marketing team! In this position, you will have the chance to own the strategy and enhance our paid media programs across Asia Pacific. As a senior member of the team, your role will involve creating creative digital marketing strategies to foster growth in the region.

What You'll Do

Demand Generation Performance

  • Develop comprehensive account-based (ABM) digital demand strategies for the region working closely with internal and external partners.
  • Lead the paid media team to ensure the success of our paid digital marketing channels programs.
  • Collaborate with the owned media team to connect our digital journey.
  • Analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimisation for the paid team to implement.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing paid media channels, as well as explore and test new platforms and tactics to drive customer acquisition and engagement in an account-based environment.

Project Management

  • Lead paid media team’s digital marketing programs’ execution, ensuring all projects are completed on time.
  • Establish program timelines, achievements, and important metrics, and proactively supervise progress to identify potential roadblocks and risks.
  • Use project management tools (Workfront) to organise workflows and track project status.

Being a Great Partner

  • Lead and collaborate with our wider cross-functional teams (e.g. campaign, campaign operations, field, and international teams).
  • Regularly communicate status and performance updates on marketing programs to partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and alignment.

Presentation and Communication

  • Translate data and insights into clear, compelling presentations and reports for internal partners across all levels.
  • Deliver engaging, concise, and persuasive presentations to key partners, highlighting the value and impact of paid media initiatives on business outcomes and marketing return on investment (MROI).

What You Need To Succeed

  • Pro-activeness, drive, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience leading teams, with strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to thrive in an agile environment and drive continuous improvements.
  • At least 13 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and strategy development, preferably in SaaS or technology industry environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proficient English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Well-organised, able to prioritise tasks and handle time optimally.
