Job Summary: The Social Media and Marketing Officer will be a crucial member of our team, tasked with crafting compelling content for various Social Media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role involves collaboration with our dedicated Social Media team, creation of engaging video content, management of our organisation's monthly newsletter, and oversight of our CRM database. The specialist will also manage our student referral program, produce content for marketing materials in cooperation with our graphic design team, maintain our marketing assets catalog, identify potential influencer partnerships, and contribute to our website's content strategy in alignment with SEO goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and engaging content for Social Media platforms and coordinate with the internal Social Media team.
- Create video posts and reels utilising stock photos and videos, with proper labeling for Social Media engagement.
- Design content and layout for the organisation's monthly newsletter.
- Log all leads from Social Media into the CRM system and run regular email marketing campaigns targeting these leads.
- Manage the organisation's student referral program, including tracking and managing referral rewards and communication with participants.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create marketing materials and ensure consistent branding across various channels.
- Keep an organised record of all marketing materials, ensuring proper version control.
- Identify and engage with Social Media micro-influencers for partnership opportunities, and coordinate collaborations with senior management.
- Contribute to the organisation's website with blogs and news postings, ensuring content is optimized for search engines.
- Liaise with the SEO team to enhance online visibility and reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Social Media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in Social Media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and understanding of their demographics.
- Experience with video editing and graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in email marketing and knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
