OVERVIEW
As the Digital Media Manager, you will report to the Head of Communications and work with the PR & Events Manager, Media Manager, and global Media teams to design and execute this luxury brand's ANZ Digital Media and performance marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing and optimising Digital Media campaigns across various channels such as display, programmatic, SEM, YouTube, and social media, with the aim of achieving KPIs and enhancing brand image. You will also support digital innovation and content creation in the luxury sector, and collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager to improve online sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement best-in-class Digital Media strategies that deliver on performance, ROI, and brand awareness goals, while maintaining a premium brand positioning
- Focus on SEM to improve paid search strategy and results
- Monitor, analyse and report on Digital Media performance regularly and make data-driven adjustments
- Prepare and present reports on all Digital Media campaigns
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to implement strategic optimisations to boost Ecommerce
- Work with a media agency on test and learn frameworks
- Plan and manage the Digital Media budget
REQUIREMENTS
- 5–10 years of experience in Digital Media preferred
- Strong knowledge of paid search, analytics tools, CMS platforms, social media, and e-commerce - required
- Experience with a luxury retail brand or fast-paced media agency with an understanding of the premium market is preferred.
- The ability to manage and engage with senior stakeholders in a complex, global, matrix structure
