The Digital Media Platform Manager must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring technical understanding in relation to feed management, have clear communication, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and must have a love of troubleshooting and problem solving. - You will be providing ongoing support and expertise to ensure our feed based advertising media is delivered in a seamless manner.
- Work to create & uphold efficient end-to-end execution processes with the wider team, including effective re-use of base elements, to ensure timely market response capability.
- Instigate test and learn programs to trial best practise and leading edge campaigns and tactics to drive conversion..
- Be a subject matter expert across our feed management portal Products Up and the Google Marketing Platform (GA360, SA360, DV360) tech stack.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to understand objectives and priorities development activities
- Ensure all activity complies with internal and external regulatory requirements
- +5 years in a Digital and/or Direct Marketing environment either in an agency or in-house
- Strong experience in digital advertising principles including Paid Search, Social Media and programmatic media buying
- Experience in campaign automation and exposure to key principles and solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer databases and/or complex data sets, including segmentation, clustering, and predictive modelling.
- Experience with leading digital marketing platforms such as SA360, CM360 & DV360.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
