This agency is known for having a great culture across different teams and have excellent office locations.  A great opportunity for an experienced Digital Media Producer to join this busy team for a long term 12-month temporary assignment.
 

About the role:
 

• Producing video content in accordance with the Agency Video Style and Brand Guidelines, for distribution across a range of digital platforms.
• Managing technical production requirements including camera operation, lighting and sound recording.
• Organising and directing shoots including interviewing Agency participants, staff and members of the public.
• Completing post-production tasks including video editing using Adobe and Premiere Pro, motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), colour grading, media encoding and platform delivery.
• Providing technical and creative advice, supporting the pre-production process.
• Managing the Agency’s content storage and archiving.
• Supporting the development and management of the Agency Video Recording Studio

• You will have meticulous attention to detail
• You will have excellent communication skills
• You will have advanced Professional Video / 4K camera operation- including in a Studio environment
• You will have high Level audio capture skills using all types of microphones (cabled, wireless)
• You will have advanced multi-cam video editing skills- using Adobe Creative suite software
• You will have advanced video brief preparation skills- ability to ideate and detail creative ideas
• You will have In depth knowledge of video production workflows and video publishing standards and formats

Benefits:

• ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
• 12-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension
• Full time hours Monday to Friday
• Geelong and Melbourne location + hybrid working from home options.
• $55.24 per hour + Super
