The Role:
Reporting to the Digital Metering Strategy and Rollout Lead, your role entails providing proactive analysis services, focusing on business process transformation and the implementation of detailed target state Operating Models within the Utility sector.

Key Responsibilities
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Develop and embed a future Operating Model for Digital Metering, analysing current capabilities across internal teams and outsourced services.
- Facilitate workshops and conduct thorough requirements analysis, ensuring completeness and consistency.
- Collaborate with business operations leads to produce detailed workflows and diagrams, capturing both human and system interactions.
- Elicit, uplift and document As-is and To-be changes, mapping alterations across tasks, roles, skills, and structure.
- Translate requirements into a delivery plan, supporting implementation, system tests, and change management.
- Conduct impact analysis on business processes, manage risks, ensure compliance with processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
About you
We seek someone passionate about innovation and problem-solving, with a continuous improvement and collaborative mindset. If you have the following capabilities, we would love to hear from you:
- Skilled in defining and documenting multi-layered Operating Models, including task-level workflows and diagrams.
- Experienced in designing new Operating Model processes, contributing to implementation plans, system tests, and change management.
- Demonstrated expertise in project life cycles, business process modelling, controls, and organisational design.
- Possess utility industry experience, coupled with strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in facilitation, Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN), negotiation, organisational skills, problem-solving, and decision-making, with relevant tertiary qualifications and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
