With more people giving online than ever before, we’ve invested deeply in our digital capacity, and are now looking for a Digital Producer to join our team.

Within a digital team of 6 people, you'll be working closely with our account service teams.   

You’ll help with the setup, optimisation, and reporting on digital campaigns across email (Campaign Monitor & Ortto), social media, and other digital marketing channels.

Your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities will be important as you execute fundraising and marketing campaigns via digital channels, work to clear deadlines and objectives, and manage timelines.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Work collaboratively with the account service team to implement digital marketing and fundraising campaigns
• Manage the build and execution of email and SMS communication including testing and scheduling in multiple platforms (Primarily Campaign Monitor, MailChimp & Ortto)
• Set up marketing automation
• Build paid and organic social campaigns that contribute to campaign KPIs 
• Set up tracking for all digital marketing activity, and monitor and report on performance to identify ways to improve results
• Conduct A/B testing and further develop best-practice standards for digital communications to keep them current within the changing digital landscape
• Respond to and resolve content or technical issues, and effectively manage competing priorities
• Manage requests and feedback from internal stakeholders

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: 

Must have:

• Strong experience in email production
• Experience with building marketing email journeys in Campaign Monitor, Ortto, MailChimp or similar platforms and experience in or understanding of setting up dynamic content
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in day-to-day activities.
• The maturity, confidence and flexibility to interact positively and professionally with colleagues, clients and suppliers at all levels
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A calm, positive and proactive attitude
• Highly self-sufficient and able to work autonomously without constant direction
• Highly self-motivated with the drive to succeed and a desire to learn new skills and coding languages
• A good sense of humour and the ability to have fun while doing seriously good work

Should have:

• Excel skills and an understanding of data
• Basic Photoshop ability

Nice to have:

• Marketo or Pardot experience
• Tracking and reporting skills
• Digital marketing experience including social media
• Working knowledge of APIs
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Knowledge of React
• Knowledge of Python or a desire to learn
