We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Social Media Manager to join our team located in Werribee. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for our clients.
- Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Utilise design tools proficiently to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Craft compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
- Manage Social Media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients, effectively communicating project requirements and timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies to drive results.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully executing Social Media campaigns and driving engagement and conversions.
- Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools to track performance metrics and provide insightful reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Experience in administration tasks is an advantage.
