WA license required. Hero status optional (but highly encouraged).
Now for the boring stuff you need:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications/Degree
- Full working rights in Australia (VISA Sponsorship considered)
- Passion for a meaningful career, exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Innovative mindset to reshape the Aged Care industry.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Delivering high-quality care to residents, adhering to all relevant standards.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to ensure residents receive comprehensive and personalised care.
- Participating in care planning and assessments.
- Advocating for resident well-being and upholding their rights and dignity.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
