About the role
We’re seeking a Digital Producer to develop content solutions that will create a world class digital experience for our customers on the linkt.com.au website.
You’ll join an innovative team and collaborate with other Digital Producers, providing leadership and creating experiences that will exceed our customers’ expectations and deliver business value.
As our Digital Producer, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.
Day-to-day, you will:
· Contribute to and deliver our content strategy for linkt.com.au
· Coordinate/complete BAU content updates and maintenance as required.
· Support the development of a content engagement process, commencing from ideation, solutioning through till delivery.
· Project-manage delivery of small to medium scale content initiatives, from ideation through till delivery.
· Work collaboratively with virtual teams throughout all delivery phase, from idea development, requirements gathering/definition, design and build, technology and user-interface review, stakeholder communication, project management and delivery/deployment.
· Gather and develop requirements from Customer Operations and other business stakeholders, to deliver solutions which align with the digital strategy.
· Drive an agile development process, ensuring efficient and effective daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives, and showcases.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
· Extensive commercial experience and a proven record in supporting the achievement of strategic objectives through the delivery of innovative web applications, content and services.
· Strong experience working with a range of web Content Management Systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager.
· Experience using A|B and multivariate testing tools, including Adobe Target. Experience using Adobe Target or similar to create tailored/segmented customer campaigns and content.
· Understanding of search engine optimisation and search engine marketing techniques and strategies.
· Strong experience using Adobe analytics or similar tools to rationalise proposed changes and approach, derive actionable insights and to measure the efficacy of changes.
· Experience working with Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence.
· Ability to challenge thinking and innovate.
· Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced, and fluid environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities/requirements and be flexible in shifting tasks to meet deadlines.
· Demonstrated outstanding ability to work independently and effectively within a small, multi-disciplinary team environment.
· Awesome written and verbal communication skills
