- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
- At least six years' of General Insurance pricing experience
- Experience in setting and implementing pricing strategies that have improved business outcomes
- Demonstrate evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases and reporting applications (SQL, SAS and Tableau)
- A degree in a numerate discipline; Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Machine Learning.
- National Police Clearance
