As a pivotal member of Starlight’s innovative Community Fundraising team, the Digital Producer plays a key role in the development, maintenance, optimisation and tracking of a range of Starlight’s digital campaigns including Super Swim, Tour de Kids, Super Steps, Stream Raiser, and Game Changer, as well as the creation and implementation of automated communication journeys.
Reporting to and working closely with the Digital Campaigns & Experience Manager, this role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane with flexible/hybrid work options.
What you will do:
- Maintain and optimise the team’s digital fundraising platforms including Super Swim, Tour de Kids, Super Steps in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing website audits to ensure branding, messaging and fundraising content is up to date.
- Lead the development of new feature builds for the team’s websites to improve fundraiser engagement and conversion rates,
- User Acceptance Testing activity (UAT).
- Identify and execute test and learn activities to improve website engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate cross- functionally to help create digital content and fundraising pages aligned with team objectives.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including agencies, partners & suppliers e.g. Raisely, Funraise.
- Manage the communication journeys for fundraising campaigns.
- Analytics & reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to grow as a Digital Producer, supported by your degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field, ideally you also have experience or exposure to:
- Website or user experience design, and email production
- Content management solutions like Contentful, WordPress or similar
- Ticket tracking and project management platforms like Trello, Jira, Monday or similar
- Email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ortto, or similar.
- Creating and amending design assets in Adobe Photoshop or Canva
- Building website performance reports in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or similar
- Attention to detail and excellence in execution, balanced with strong conceptual ability.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with an ability to collaborate both internally and externally.
- P2P fundraising platforms, e.g. Raisely, Grassrootz, Funraisin highly desirable
