About the role

We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager to collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and agencies. The role involves overseeing the development, upgrade, and implementation of digital products for our premium Woodcare brands, including Cabot’s, Intergrain, and Feast Watson. This includes managing the entire process, from selecting agencies to ongoing project optimization, daily operations, feature updates, and analytics reporting—all aligned with business and marketing goals.

This part-time position will require a contact time of up to 24 hours, which can be distributed throughout the week.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and implementation of woodcare website rebuilds, with a primary focus on Cabot's website
• Lead the assessment and selection of the optimal approach for Digital Project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define detailed product requirements aligned with customer needs and project goals
• Create and maintain a continuous product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and technical feasibility
• Manage feature development and enhancement projects, including Live Chat and eCommerce capabilities, to enhance the ROI of digital assets

Skills & Experience

• Proficient in project management tools, with a preference for Agile methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills and a proven ability to work in a matrix structure with multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled in translating business requirements into innovative product concepts and solutions.
• Experienced in working with or within agencies to deliver Digital Projects.
• A Data Analytics expert, spearheading the delivery of new websites and digital products such as apps, eCommerce, and CDPs
