Amped Digital is looking for a Technical Support Manager with solid experience in Digital Signage and LED displays. This role is central to our operations, focusing on Digital Signage networks, menu boards, drive-thru screens, and retail displays. We need someone who’s got a good grip on the tech side… both hardware and software….and is ace at solving problems and managing customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll be setting up and running our support strategy, making sure our customers get top-notch service that sticks to their SLAs. Think of it as making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone's happy.
- Leading our Tech Support desk, you'll be the go-to for solving issues fast and keeping our Digital Signage ticking over perfectly working alongside other team members.
- It’s not just about putting out fires, it’s about thinking ahead. You’ll be tweaking systems and processes to make sure we’re always getting better at what we do.
- You will help manage a few team members too in the support field, so we need someone who’s good with people and has a fair and transparent management style.
Need to have:
- A solid background in managing technical operations, especially Digital Signage. Knowing your way around the tech is key.
- Experience in leading a team, solving tough tech problems, and keeping customers smiling.
- The ability to talk tech in a way that everyone can understand, whether it’s troubleshooting network issues or explaining why something’s not working right.
- Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in assisting customers through stressful situations with clear action plans and responses.
