Join our growing Cloud Services Division which provides maintenance, support, and deployment of public cloud services to NSW Health. You will be collaborating with various teams across the business to ensure customer focussed service and delivery and the running of cloud platforms. As technology develops, it will be part of your role to drive the team and foster a culture of growth through continuous learning and improvements across our Cloud Services.
Health Manager Level 5, commencing salary from $161,042 - $180,143 per annum plus 11% superannuation and Annual Leave loading.
What you will do
As a Delivery Manager of the Cloud Services Division, you will:
- Manage operational and improvement activities to enable successful delivery.
- Contribute to governance, planning and business process management towards Cloud Services roadmaps and strategic direction.
- Manage operational budget and provide financial reporting and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee commercial / procurement functions, ensuring compliance with frameworks and governance.
- Manage the development of success metrics to enable improved decision making.
- Lead and direct capability pool function including resource pool management, business planning and negotiating pricing for skills sourcing.
About you
The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you are:
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing business unit operations with a focus on governance, planning, and business process management.
- Strong track record in managing operational budgets and providing operational and financial reporting to leadership and stakeholders and informing operational planning and spend through financial analysis and reporting.
- Extensive experience leading commercial procurement activities within established frameworks, including ability to negotiate pricing.
