- Design, plan, and deliver Digital Technology lessons according to the Victorian Curriculum
- Provide engaging and effective instruction in various aspects of Digital Technology, including coding, programming, robotics, digital literacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to evaluate student learning and progress, including formative and summative assessments, projects, and practical demonstrations.
- Manage classroom technology resources, including computers, software, peripherals, and digital learning platforms, to support teaching and learning effectively.
- Promote innovation and creativity by encouraging students to explore and experiment with digital technologies, problem-solving techniques, and design thinking processes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in Digital Technology, educational pedagogy, and curriculum requirements.
- Must have unresticted working rights in Australia
- Have VIT registration (or in the application process)
- Demonstrate previous experience in teaching Digital Technology at Secondary School Level
- Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student-teacher mentors are acceptable).
- Uphold the highest quality of child protection
