Free onsite Parking and Canteen Here at Mars Wrigley (MW), we have a unique opportunity for a Digitalization Lead to join the Supply team based onsite Ballarat, with some potential travel to Asquith (NSW).You’ll play a key role in co-creating and deploying Digital Strategy across the Australian MW factory sites focusing on supply and leading the process effectiveness for factories when it comes to Digitalization. What would be your key responsibilities?Coordinate Digitalization projects end to end across Australia regionDevelop the relationship with Supply and MGS/MW Digital TechnologiesDevelop a deep understanding of the Global Digitalization Standards and processes allowing the Sites to define and deploy the Digitalization roadmap according to needs and value creation principles.Engages with the supply leadership teams of GEM as well as Australian factories, support Supply Leadership by identifying and promoting key opportunities, developing, and agreeing harmonized implementation plansActs as the face of Australian Digital Technologies Supply expert within factories in Australia, being the key contact for the management team and divisional managers demonstrating full understanding of the problems and opportunities for business change.Challenge business thinking on ways of working to drive benefits, especially digital transformation and growth opportunitiesResponsible for the communication and marketing of Digital Technologies initiatives and services to the business leaders.Capture of business requirements and convert these through the sites / clusters digital leads into initiatives and roadmaps What are we looking for?Proven experience preferably in Manufacturing or site technical teamsBachelors Degree, Electrical Engineering, MechatronicsProven track record of delivering results in one of the following three areas, Project delivery, Program Management, Senior ManagementProject and program management and/or Digital and Automation projects experience.Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship including business leaders, Supply personnel and project leadersSound understanding of a company’s business and technology strategies and established business process areas and the ways in which technology may impact and enhance business processesAble to evaluate technology and process alternativesGood written skills as well as high interpersonal skillsStrong problem analysis skills.
