GOLDEN SEEDS EDUCATION NARRABEEN is a Long Day Care service, catering for all children from ages 6 weeks to 6 years. We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with families and communities. We strive to develop positive, nurturing, learning relationships made with the children to being able to foster their learning to the fullest potential within their early years.
Our Centre
Golden Seeds Early Learning Narrabeen is located in the Northern Beaches.
We are a 64-place centre, providing quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our centre has been open since August 2020, with many of families using the service-Long lasting relationships with local schools as well as the people in the local area.

Golden Seeds desired criteria:
For Room Leader position
- Previous experience as a ROOM LEADER in a long day care centre is essential.
- Diploma trained Early Childhood Educator or completion of at least 50% of diploma training, with intent to complete.
For Diploma and Cert 3 educators
- Diploma, Working towards Diploma, Cert 3, and working toward cert 3 in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA recognized qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Contribute to the educational program under the direction of the Lead Educator to provide a high-quality program for all children.
- Assist with the smooth running of the room in line with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures under the direction of the Lead Educator.
- Complete enrolled study components within a timely manner and/or the specified time stipulated by the training organization.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
