Qualifications & experience
- Early Childhood Teaching degree or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification
- Must have proven 3+ years of experience
- Must have excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Experience with contributing to the development of a Quality Improvement Plan
- Solid understanding of NQF, EYLF, Child Protection legislation & implications
- Solid computer literacy skills
- First aid Certificate
- Current WWCC
Tasks & responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to develop and implement a high quality curriculum that incorporates EYLF, NQF, and School readiness program.
- Major role in curriculum development, parent and community liaison as well as staff professional development and training
- Implementation and communication of the Centre's policies and procedures
- Maintain an effective relationship which supports children and their families

Annunal Salary $75,088
